Campisano Capital operates four primary offices. New York and London source capital and manage investor relations, while Louisville and Charleston identify investment opportunities to deploy capital and manage active projects.

Current Relevant Projects

 

Campisano Capital is redeveloping 552 E. Market as the owner, developer, and construction manager, controlling all aspects of the project. Originally office space, Campisano Capital has several redevelopment options to maximize return and minimize risk, including a boutique hotel and co-working space.

Campisano Capital served as the construction manager for the construction of the new Residence Inn in Louisville, Kentucky. This project started in May 2017 and was completed in July 2018. It was the first entirely prefabricated steel and concrete structure in the state of Kentucky.

 

Campisano Capital recently completed the Aloft in the Greater Cincinnati Area.  The hotel was designed for global travelers and offers comfortable loft-inspired rooms and a vibrant social scene, all in a modern tech-savvy environment.

 
 
 

Campisano Partners is the owner, developer, and general contractor for an adaptive restoration of a 130-year-old church, a 20,000 sq. ft. property will consist of mixed-use space, including high-end apartments and office space.

 

Campisano Partners managed the design-build construction for a two-phase project for QSR Automations in Louisville, KY, which includes a 25,000 sq. ft. distribution warehouse and manufacturing facility and was constructed entirely of prefabricated steel and a 60,00 sq. ft office development of contemporary and economical design.

 

Collins Collision Center

Campisano Partners managed the design-build construction of a 25,000 sq. ft. automotive facility. Building detailed operating models and creating an efficient supply chain layout optimized efficiency and profitability. The new-build facility was built entirely of prefabricated steel.

 

Big Spring Country Club

Campisano Partners served as general contractor for the complex historical renovation of Big Spring Country Club in Louisville, KY. This renovation was completed while maintaining club operations and minimizing disruption to members and ongoing events.
