Aloft

Campisano Partners recently completed an Aloft in the Greater Cincinnati Area.  The 144 room hotel designed for global travelers offers comfortable loft-inspired rooms and a vibrant social scene, all in a modern tech-savvy environment.

Campisano Partners served as the general contractor for the construction of the new Residence Inn in Louisville, Kentucky. This project started in May 2017 and was completed in July 2018. It was the first entirely prefabricated steel and concrete structure in the state of Kentucky.

 

BIG SPRING CLUBHOUSE

  • Campisano Partners is serving as general contractor for the renovation of Big Spring Country Club in Louisville, Kentucky

qsr automations

  • Campisano Partners manages the design build construction for a two-phase project for QSR Automations in Louisville, Kentucky. Phase 1 consists a 25,000 sq. ft. warehouse and manufacturing facility, and Phase 2 consists of a 60,000 sq. ft. office building

PROPRIETARY DEVELOPMENT IN PROCESS

MIXED-USE CHURCH RESTORATION (1741 FRANKFORT AVE)

  • 20,000 sq. ft.
  • Historical Church Restoration (1741 Frankfort Ave)

Campisano Partners is currently performing adaptive reuse to a 130-year-old church. The renovated property will provide office store, retail and multi-family units. The church was built by Samuel Plato, a prominent architect who was a pioneer for African-Americans in architecture at the time. Plato was a prominent figure not only in Louisville, but around the country. He was the first African-American to be selected for the contracting of federal buildings, building a total of 38 post offices in his career.

552 E. Market St.

  • 552 E. Market is located in the up-and-coming neighborhood of NuLu in downtown Louisville. Campisano Partners is redeveloping this space as the owner, developer, and general contractor, controlling all aspects of the project.

  • Originally office space, Campisano Partners has several redevelopment options, including a boutique hotel and co-working space.
