Nick Campisano

As a Division I Athlete, Nick broke a 46-year-old record his first year on the diving team.

The sport demanded tenacity, calculated risk, and passion, which became the foundational values of his professional life. The same discipline now drives Campisano Capital: taking bold, well-measured bets on ideas that inspire people to live life to the fullest.

Nick Campisano is the Founder and Managing Partner of Campisano Capital, responsible for the firm’s investment strategy across lifestyle, health, and technology-enabled platforms.

A Louisville native shaped by a career in New York finance, he has spent years allocating capital between emerging neighborhoods and global partners, working as comfortably with local operators and craftsmen as with institutional investors and family offices.

He established Campisano Capital as a principal investment platform and later created Zyyo as its vertically integrated development arm; together they have led nearly $1 billion in hospitality and mixed-use projects.

A former Division I athlete, Nick brings a disciplined performance mindset to every mandate—understanding the competitive field, addressing weaknesses with a structured plan, measuring outcomes rigorously, and pursuing overlooked advantages that create durable, compounding value for partners.
